We’re Switching Things Up
Welcome to the new online home of Insider Accident Lawyers.
We’re excited to officially launch our new website and revamped blog, creating a dedicated space where accident victims can find valuable information, legal insights, and resources to help them better understand their rights after an injury.
While the website may be new, our commitment to helping injured people pursue justice is not. Since rebranding from Countrywide Trial Lawyers in August 2025, Insider Accident Lawyers has continued to advocate for accident victims facing some of the most difficult moments of their lives.
This new platform represents an important step in our mission to educate, inform, and empower people who have been harmed by someone else’s negligence. Whether you’ve been injured in a car accident, hurt on an unsafe property, or are dealing with an insurance company that seems more interested in protecting profits than helping people, we want this website to be a trusted resource.
Most importantly, this site reflects what has always made our firm different: insider knowledge of how insurance companies combat injury claims.
That insider perspective starts with our founder, Shawn Rokni, Esq.
Our Journey: From Countrywide Trial Lawyers to Insider Accident Lawyers
Many of our clients first came to know us as Countrywide Trial Lawyers.
For years, the firm built a reputation for standing up for injury victims and helping clients recover compensation after accidents caused by negligence. Through countless cases, negotiations, and courtroom battles, one thing became increasingly clear: insurance companies often have a significant advantage over the people filing claims against them.
Most injury victims are navigating the claims process for the first time. Insurance companies, on the other hand, handle thousands of claims every year.
They employ adjusters, investigators, consultants, and attorneys whose job is to protect the company’s interests. Understanding how it works can make a meaningful difference when pursuing compensation after a serious injury.
That drive to help put injured people on a level playing field inspired the firm’s transition to Insider Accident Lawyers in August 2025.
The new name wasn’t simply a branding decision. It was a reflection of the firm’s unique perspective and approach to personal injury law.
The word “Insider” represents the experience, knowledge, and understanding that our team brings to every case. It reflects our commitment to helping clients level the playing field against powerful insurance companies and corporate defendants.
Today that mission remains stronger than ever.
Meet Shawn Rokni: The Insider Behind Insider Accident Lawyers
Every law firm has a story. Ours begins with Shawn Rokni.

Before dedicating his career to helping injury victims, Shawn worked as an insurance defense attorney. In that role, he represented insurance companies and gained firsthand knowledge of how claims are evaluated, investigated, negotiated, and litigated.
That experience provided a unique view into the insurance industry’s decision-making process. While many personal injury attorneys only see one side of the equation, Shawn has seen both.
- He understands the strategies insurance companies use because he once worked within that system.
- He knows what evidence insurers look for when evaluating claims.
- He understands how adjusters assess risk.
- He knows how defense attorneys prepare cases.
- Most importantly, he understands the tactics that can be used to reduce, delay, or deny compensation to injured individuals.
Today, Shawn uses that knowledge for a worthy purpose.
Instead of allowing insurance companies to minimize payouts, he uses his experience to help injury victims pursue the compensation they deserve.
That insider perspective has become one of the defining characteristics of Insider Accident Lawyers and one of the biggest advantages we offer our clients.
Why the Insider Perspective Matters
After an accident, many people assume the insurance process will be straightforward.
Unfortunately, reality is often more complicated.
Insurance companies are businesses. Their financial interests don’t always align with the interests of injured individuals. Even legitimate claims can face obstacles.
Victims may encounter:
- Disputed liability
- Low settlement offers
- Delayed claim investigations
- Challenges regarding medical treatment
- Questions about injury severity
- Attempts to shift blame
- Pressure to settle quickly
Without understanding how insurance companies evaluate claims, many people don’t realize what they’re up against. That’s where the insider advantage becomes valuable.
Because our team understands how insurance companies approach injury cases, we can anticipate common defense strategies and prepare accordingly.
We know the importance of strong documentation. We understand the evidence insurers often prioritize. We recognize potential weaknesses before they become problems.
Most importantly, we know how to build compelling cases designed to withstand scrutiny from insurance carriers and defense attorneys.
Knowledge matters. Experience matters. And understanding the other side’s playbook can be the difference between settling for a low-ball offer or getting the compensation you are entitled to.
Why We Built This New Website
The launch of the website is about much more than a fresh design. We wanted to create a resource that genuinely helps people.
Too often, accident victims are left searching for answers after their lives have been turned upside down. They may be dealing with injuries, medical bills, lost income, vehicle repairs, insurance paperwork, and uncertainty about the future.
The internet is full of legal information, but not all of it is easy to understand.
Many websites are filled with technical language that leaves readers with more questions than answers.
We wanted to create something different.
Our new website is designed to provide clear, practical, and accessible information that helps people understand their options after an accident.
Visitors can learn about a wide range of injury claims, including:
- Car accidents
- Truck accidents
- Motorcycle accidents
- Nursing home abuse
- Bicycle accidents
- Premises liability claims
- Construction accidents
- Product liability claims
- Wrongful death lawsuits
- Catastrophic injury claims
Whether you’re actively considering legal action or simply researching your rights, our goal is to provide useful information that helps you make informed decisions.
Introducing the Insider Accident Lawyers Blog
One of the most exciting features of our new website is the revamp of this blog.
We believe education is one of the most valuable services a law firm can provide. The legal system can feel intimidating, especially for people who have never filed an injury claim before.
Questions often arise immediately after an accident.
- Who is responsible?
- Should I speak with the insurance company?
- How much is my case worth?
- What happens if my injuries worsen?
- How long do I have to file a claim?
- Can I recover compensation if I was partially at fault?
The purpose of this blog is to provide straightforward answers to questions like these. Through regular articles, updates, and legal insights, we hope to help accident victims better understand their rights and the claims process.
Our goal is simple: provide useful information that helps people make informed decisions during challenging times.
A Commitment to Client Service
Although our website has changed and our online presence has expanded, one thing remains exactly the same.
Our commitment to our clients.
Every case we handle involves a real person whose life has been disrupted. Behind every claim is someone dealing with pain, uncertainty, stress, and financial pressure.
A parent may be unable to return to work. A family may be struggling with unexpected medical expenses. A victim may be facing months or years of recovery. A loved one may be seeking justice after a preventable tragedy.
These aren’t just legal cases. They’re people’s lives. That’s why we believe effective representation begins with listening. We take the time to understand each client’s unique circumstances, goals, and concerns before developing a legal strategy tailored to their situation
No two accidents are exactly alike. No two clients are the same. And no one deserves a one-size-fits-all approach to legal representation.
Looking Ahead
The launch of our new website and blog marks an exciting milestone for Insider Accident Lawyers. It gives us a platform to share information, educate the public, and continue helping injury victims understand their rights.
