Steven obtained his bachelor’s degree from California State University Monterey Bay, where he majored in Communications with a concentration in Pre-law. He demonstrated his interest in law early on, and he worked for the Service-Learning Institute to foster and promote social justice by cultivating reciprocal service and learning partnerships among students, faculty, staff, and the surrounding tri-county community.
