Anonymous v. Commercial Vehicle Driver and Employer

This claim was the second claim our firm deal with stemming from one collision: a rear-end accident on the 405. Like her mother, who was also involved in the accident, our client suffered neck and back injuries despite the relatively minor damage to the vehicles, requiring ongoing medical treatment following the crash.

Recognizing that the negligent driver was working within the scope of employment at the time of the crash, we pursued both the driver and the employer, increasing the available sources of recovery.
